Description:
This series takes place in a dreamlike, alternate world inhabited by bird-like beings—some true birds, others disguised in feathers, masks, or bird skulls. They are all facets of the self: symbolic alter-egos acting out private rituals of transformation. Each illustration is a glimpse into this parallel realm, where identity is fluid.

The compositions often reference familiar works of art—like Botticelli’s Birth of Venus or Matisse’s Dance—but are reimagined through a lens of personal mythology.
